As they say in the classics: "I've been flat strap" of late. It's been particularly hectic at work, having just come back from an around Australia consultation process, and then taking the plunge to buy a house. This has brought with it the usual apprehensions of: will the vendor accept the offer (yes!), will the bank approve the loan (fingers crossed), and the attendant legal paperwork to resolve. In short, that hasn't led to much drawing of late.

However, drawing #2 for the year will be completed over the weekend. This year I've set myself the target of ten large scale works to complete and am currently meeting that timetable. And I will not rest until at least one other drawing is added to the online gallery this weekend (has anyone heard that before?)!

Thankfully some R'n'R is just around corner, and Sydney and New Zealand beckon in a few weeks time - hooray!
