The last couple of weeks have sort of got away from me. A fishing trip, some interstate work travel, and some dedicated punting have all contributed to a paucity of artistic output. It's not that I haven't done any drawing...just not a lot of it.
On the back of my last Illustration Friday entry (Tea), I was invited to produce some companion pieces for an upcoming "profile" in a new online magazine. The set of three drawings will be profiled in the next issue, so I've held off posting them here until they are officially online. So you'll just have to wait.
I hope to get around to doing another in the Mug Punter series very shortly...that will be #3 in an intended 5 piece series. I also want to do some more architectural pieces. Guess I better get cracking.
In the meantime settle in and grab yourself a drink.

The second photo is especially magnetic. I want a martini now and it’s only 6.45 a.m.! Looking forward to the new work.

Your photographs would make great references for Morandi style pieces.
