Cold.....
Cold heart
Cold fury
Cold blooded murder
Cold hands and feet
This drawing is about 12 months old. It sits (framed but not hung) in the dining room at home, the front of the picture facing the wall, along with 2 other framed drawings. That really is a cold way to display a drawing.

Wow. I just took a look at your art gallery. Do you use pencils? They are outstanding, all of them.

Excellent as always, Mr. Jumpertz. I love your scenes of noir, this looks like it is right out of a movie. I will have to invite you to my hometown of Noirsville someday.

The cold lighting is great on this one ... even the tendants and veins run cold! One of my favourites of yours! I have one picture against the wall behind the bedhead ... I don’t even like it there!!!

Pleased to know that we are not the only ones who do this with our work. My son and I had some stuff framed for an exhibition and now they just lean against the wall in our loungeroom with no place to go.
Shame this great illustration has ended up this way.

This is very evocative. Both cold *and* cool.
Glad to be able to subscribe to your blog now.

So glad to see another entry of yours to IF. I like the subtext (intended or otherwise) of the vertical bands of different coloured tone evoking prison bars.

I’m not sure, when I sit in your dining room, which way I want to face….

Ooooh I likey!
As to the frame it and lean it business - I have about a dozen of them stacked up under my desk for maximum toe-stubbage.
This fab illu should be somewhere dark - so when you switch on the light you see it straight away - very stark. I still wonder who murdered who .... that lady could have something very nasty under her swishy coat lol.
