hey that’s clever.
I like this a lot.
not as much as charlie though.
maybe you’re slow or maybe not.
my average is one square inch per day (10 hours)
so I think you do allright.
hell more than alright, you do great mate

Anon: Yes, coloured pencils…may slowly move into colour, maybe not…colour felt right for this idea.
Scott#1: I agree Charlie (and his ten shoes) walks all over this, this is just a quickie….I’m like greased lightening then
Scott#2: Who woulda thunk it, two Scotts within two minutes of each other - it’s a regular gathering of the highland clans…and yes it is a colour blindness test pattern. Speaking of blind they might be a good sobriety test tonight as well.
Interesting take on the topic… and well done. I was always afraid as a kid that I wasn’t going to be able to see what I was supposed to see in those dang things… but alas, no color-blindness here.
Excellent! You really came up with such a neat interpretation and a very cool way to execute it! I will agree with many of the other comments..looking at it makes me feel quite dizzy…must be the hidden ingredient!
I can read it! I can read it! I can read it! IT’s written: “Once upon a time there was this tiny bird who was living in a tiny….” I WANT TO KNOW WHAT’S NEXT!!!!!!!
Ha! There is at least one in the test book that is entirely random (just to push your anxiety levels up!). I was having these tests on a regular basis at one time and could recite them off by heart - I often wondered why there wasn’t a random computer generated version .. this is fabulous Detlef!
Clever!! As per usual, you always have the most brilliant take on the subject. Though… I have to confess that as I was puzzling out the dots, I first thought it read “ass” which is certainly a unique flavour, but you know… just a wee bit crass!

Oh dear, afraid I might be allergic to what has been hidden! Not allergic to your image though ... well done!! Am I looking at coloured pencils?

Very nice, like the colors - these patterns are how they test for color blindness, no?

Very funny - what does it say to colour blind people?

Clever, clever boy! I think I had your colour-blindness test for dinner last night.

I’m thinkin MSG? This might be a great flavor for a new “Sumo Gum”. Like the concept.

Caroline: Very perceptive question, one of my colleagues at work is colour blind and I’ll run it by him when people get back from holidays.
Valgart: I tried to use the same colours that they’d use in a Ishihara test.
Scott#3 (aka Andrea): Joining the clan? It’s way too early on New Year’s Day to be messing with my mind
Et al: thanks

Just looking at this makes my ears ring and my vision blur. Have a great new year and draw much. Say hi to Charlie too.

Isn’t that ironic? All the flavors come from MSG…

Coffee spluttered all over my keyboard in shock at a totally colour piece. I love it, such a witty concept. Happy New Year.
