For the record: I don't hunt.... but I do fish.

Does that make me a hypocrite? Most likely.

To assuage my conscience I practice "catch and release" if I bag a trout. My fly-fishing skills have not been put to use in about 5 years, I fear my return to the water will truly resemble the hapless Elmer and his pursuit of the wascally wabbit and darn duck.

Love your drawings - especially the merry-go-round in Canberra.  Actually I agree “carn the tigers” and here’s hoping they have a better season this year.

i also wanted to add..
well in earlier posts you were talking about choices of medium - have you tried drawing film? - not tracing paper but actual film
if not i REALLY think you should try it.
also wonder if you have seen “the draughtsman’s contract” I dont know if nigel coates has a relevant website anymore - he is an architect, but the content in his work is reminded to me by looking at your glorious work - its almost as if each piece is a mystery story. I love that about your work. I know its terrible but i feel so inspired by your drawings, i so wish i could do that. It really is true God is in the details good ole FLW!

My humanitarian side was appalled when it saw this, but my animator side said “They’ve got a darned good point!”

And now I’m confused because of that @_@

Good illustration though smile
